本素材は、個人での利用（ご家庭や個人PCの壁紙等）に限らせていただきます。
禁止事項
ユーザーは、本素材の利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
・本素材の複製、改変、再配布（二次配布）
・商用・非商用を問わず、本素材をデザインパーツとして使用すること
・販売、転売、その他営利目的での利用
・公序良俗に反する目的での利用
免責事項
本素材のダウンロードおよび利用は、ユーザー自身の責任において行ってください。
本サービスに起因して生じた直接的、間接的なトラブル、およびあらゆる損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
4.規約の変更
当方は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。規約変更後に本サービスを利用した場合、ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
